Cepsa and Apical state that, when completed, the new biofuel plant is expected to become one of the largest second-generation biofuel plants in southern Europe, supporting lower carbon aviation, maritime and land transportation.<\/p>\n

Under the contract, Worley will provide engineering, procurement and field engineering support services including the feedstock pretreatment facilities, outside battery limit fuel pre-treatment units, and wastewater treatment plant.<\/p>\n
