Renewable energy leader Qair has secured a 60-hectare parcel at the port to advance its e-methanol production project, Methavert.<\/p>\n

\u201cQair is committed to becoming a significant player in renewable energy and hydrogen, both domestically and internationally.\u201d<\/p>\n
Strategically placed<\/strong><\/p>\n The Rogerville site, strategically located by the Grand Canal du Havre and A29 motorway, is one of five Haropa Port parcels recognised as \u201cFrance 2030 industrial sites,\u201d a designation that supports government-backed industrial projects.<\/p>\n Methavert aims to produce 200,000 tonnes of e-methanol annually, addressing the need for alternative fuels in shipping and hard-to-abate industries.
