The Brittany Ferries\u2019 electric-hybrid vessel, Saint-Malo, received LNG bunkering from Optimus, a bunkering barge operated by Titan Clean Fuels. <\/p>\n

\u201cAs well as our goals to be carbon net-neutral by 2030 and emissions free by 2050, we\u2019re also committed to improving air quality for those who live and work in Portsmouth, which we can do by providing LNG.<\/p>\n
Strategic refuelling<\/strong><\/p>\n The bunkering milestone at Portsmouth follows the signing of a long-term supply agreement between Titan and Brittany Ferries.<\/p>\n Gregoire Hartig, commercial director at Titan, added: \u201cWith Brittany Ferries leading the way, we\u2019re proud to supply LNG and BioLNG, helping the maritime industry meet tightening environmental regulations.\u201d<\/p>\n Portsmouth International Port now offers LNG bunkering to all customers, supporting its goals to be carbon net-neutral by 2030 and emissions-free by 2050. <\/p>\n In addition to LNG, Portsmouth will soon introduce shore power capabilities, allowing compatible vessels to connect to clean electricity while docked.
