The Port of Gothenburg and real estate giant Castellum are collaborating on the new 270,000-square-metre park, aiming to redefine how logistics spaces meet sustainability standards.<\/p>\n

Electrification hub<\/strong><\/p>\n With the help of Buddy Energy, the site will integrate solar power, smart energy management and a robust charging infrastructure from the outset of development.<\/p>\n Located next to the Port of Gothenburg, Halvors\u00e4ng will feature 145,000 square meters of leasable space, with OneMed confirmed as the first tenant by 2026.<\/p>\n The park will be certified to Environmental Building 4.0 Gold and aims to reduce climate impact by 40% compared to traditional developments.
