This meets the EU Council Directive 91\/271\/EEC on water discharged overboard and eliminates the requirement for holding tanks and associated hose connections valves and pumps.<\/p>\n<p>Oliver Witt, MDL project manager, said: \u201cThe Wavebrite system is an excellent solution to the problem of grey water discharge into the marine environment. The compact system is a key part of ensuring the Ocean Village floating office is a sustainable and functional space that contributes towards MDL\u2019s ongoing commitment of sustainability and environmental awareness\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The system comes in a variety of sizes to scale or up or down depending on demand. It is supplied as a kit with all components required for simple installation in any vessel, floating office or live aboard.<\/p>\n<p>Wave International also offers a Wavebrite grey water grease trap which aims to enhance the effectiveness and durability of the Wavebrite grey water system.<\/p>\n<p>There are craft within many ports that have both Wavebrite and Wavestream technology in use, said Wave International.
