In demand<\/strong><\/p>\n Zinus\u2019 advanced cable management systems, which are now in commercial use from the Arctic to New Zealand, play a crucial role in the electrification of ports, enabling vessels to connect to shore power and significantly reduce emissions while docked.<\/p>\n In just a few years, the company has grown from a promising start-up into a global exporter of advanced maritime technology. The company now delivers solutions to 19 countries, across Europe, the Americas and Asia.<\/p>\n One milestone for the company this year is the partnership it formed with W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4, Corvus and The Switch on the world\u2019s largest all-electric ferry, soon to operate between Argentina and Uruguay.<\/p>\n Earlier this year Zinus was awarded two first-offs contracts for the delivery of its newly released SPP800 high voltage cable management systems (CMS) in the ports of Trelleborg, Sweden and Klaipeda in Lithuania.<\/p>\n In Trelleborg it was selected by Actemium Electro AB, a leading Swedish electrical contractor, to supply two high voltage cable management systems for RoPax ferries.<\/p>\n These CMS units, designed in accordance with IEC 80005-1, Annex B, will be utilised by TT-Line.<\/p>\n At Klaipeda, Zinus secured a contract with BLRT ERA AS, an Estonian engineering and ship repair company, for the delivery of four high voltage cable management systems for RoPax ferries.
