Little and Rogge Marine Consulting.<\/p>\n<p>Bidding from India are Ion Exchange, Transcare, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick, KPMG Advisory Services, Consulting Engineering Services, Halcrow Group, Haskoning India and i-maritime Consultancy.<\/p>\n<p>The consultants will prepare a business plan that will define the port&#8217;s long-term vision.
