In preparation ABP is investing \u00a34.3m in improvements to landside and waterside facilities at Millbay Docks.<\/p>\n<p>Following the sale of 10ha of land and water at Millbay Docks to the South-West Regional Development Agency (SWERDA) and English Partnerships (EP), the national regeneration agency, at the end of 2002, it is expected that the proposed regeneration plans for Millbay will further enhance the port&#8217;s reputation as an important ferry and cruise terminus.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile at Teignmouth, the public inquiry into the application for a Harbour Revision Order to redevelop the port, including straightening the port&#8217;s Western Quays, deepening the berths and building additional storage facilities, was completed in September 2003.
