The entire issue should be concluded within two months.<\/p>\n<p>Road shows will take place in several Asian countries, since Pelindo III is particularly keen to attract foreign investors, offering maturity periods from six to seven years.<\/p>\n<p>Hai Phong, Vietnam&#8217;s largest northern port, is also planning an IPO for May. The port has been valued at $205.7m, which is 201% of its book value. The state has a stake in the port worth an estimated $155.6m.<\/p>\n<p>The plan to partially float the port is due to be approved by mid-April, followed by an IPO a month later and strategic partners to then be invited on board within six weeks after that. Going forward, the port will henceforth be operated under a joint stock cooperation model.<\/p>\n<p>In total, the state is to put 25% of its holding in the port up for sale.<\/p>\n<p>The prime minister is planning similar flotations at three other ports: Sai Gon, Quang Ninh, and Da Nang.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Indonesian port operator Pelindo III, which is responsible for facilities in the central and eastern parts of Indonesia, is to issue $400m in bonds this year in both US dollar and rupiah denominations.
