An exhibition is always a good opportunity for showcasing new equipment – and that was certainly the case at this week’s TOC Europe exhibition in Antwerp.

Bromma’s latest addition to its Green Zone spreader fleet productivity suite was on display at the exhibition - Bromma Work Order is designed to enhance everyday maintenance planning.

Cargotec introduced the ASC+ model of Kalmar stacking crane at this year’s exhibition - the first of a new range that will emphasise modularity. The crane platform supports use of multiple main components and is adaptable to local requirements.

The company also showed off its prowess in automation capability with SmartPort which is a collection of pre-integrated process automation from Cargotec, Navis and other strategic partners.

Also at TOC this week, Gottwald Port Technology launched the Gottwald Model 2 Harbour Crane specifically designed to meet the needs of smaller terminals in maritime and river ports. The Demag Cranes subsidiary also introduced a new crane type – the G HRK Rubber-Tyred Portal Harbour Crane. The crane combines great mobility combined with the benefits of a drive-under portal solution.

The Terex Corporation introduced its new port solutions group called Terex Port Solutions at the exhibition. The group will combine Terex and Gottwald Port Technology products into a single source for port businesses and will offer Terex Gottwald branded products in future.
