Shimpei Ueda
After 11 years’ experience for the development of port infrastructure at the port of Yokohama, Mr. Ueda was in charge of forming a Yokohama ocean’s association to strengthen the marine sector network, including the marine energy development and the environmental field and expand cross-sector projects at the Policy Bureau of the City of Yokohama since 2016.
