Calogero Burgio
Chemical Engineer with broad experience in wastes management, renewable energy plants and risk assessment.
As technical officer enrolled in Italian Coast Guard inspected industrial activities in the ports of Civitavecchia and Piombino. After, he has been the engineering design and technical director of several Italian waste treatment plants, and the environmental supervisor of US Navy WWTPs in Italy.
From 2005 on, he is the Environmental & Energy Office Director of the three ports of Lazio. On 2018 his competence has been estentend to the State Property and Real Estate dept. He is, also, the environmental representative of Civitavecchia-Fiumicino-Gaeta Port Authority.
