Rainer Altmeppen

As an experienced mechanical engineer, Rainer has worked across multiple marketing disciplines in both large and medium-sized companies. At Stemmann-Technik GmbH, Rainer and his team are responsible for supplying the marine industry with power and data transfer-solutions. The team has provided numerous ferrychargers and shore power supply systems to meet the individual requirements of European and North American customers.

Rainer is also responsible for the market segment of harbor cranes. Prior to this, he has held positions in plant engineering companies helping the offshore, mining and dredging industry to enhance pipeline and subsystem integrity by developing and applying innovative material and monitoring technologies for risk mitigation and lifetime extension. At Stemmann, Rainer will help clients with innovative and sustainable charging and power supply solutions contributing to a greener marine industry.
