Auckland revaluation
Competitive trading conditions have seen Auckland Regional Holdings drop Ports of Aucklands book-value from NZ$587.8m (US$323.4m) to NZ$495.7m (US$272.7m). The Auckland Regional Council subsidiary also expects a NZ$24.3m (US$13.4m) dip in the ports dividend yield over the next three years and NZ$100m (US$55m) drop over 10 years.
