New owner for PD Ports
The recapitalisation of BBI infrastructure through the creation of a new investor company, Brookfield, has lead to the ownership of PD ports passing to its UK subsidiary, Brookfield Ports (UK). BBI has been the owner of PD Ports from early 2006.
