Russia upgrades Baltic ports
More than $2bn will be invested in container and ro-ro facilities at Russias Baltic ports over the next four years. At present, a significant proportion of this traffic passes through ports in Finland or the Baltic states. The extra investment, it is hoped, will redress the balance.
