Chilean ports in the red
André s Rengifo, the director of Chiles Port Company Systems, has said that the countrys public ports will all post negative figures in 2009.
He points out that when the economy grows by 4%, ports grow by 8% and the same is true when the economy shrinks as it is doing at the moment.
During the first six months of the year, ports reported traffic down by 10.
