KONECRANES INC SHARE PURCHASE
HMM Acquisition Corp. , a wholly owned Konecranes Inc. subsidiary, has increased its shareholding from 59.2% to 74.5% in MMH Holdings, Inc. , the owner of US based Morris Materials Handling, Inc.
