Liscont owner could seek compensation

The chairman of Portuguese construction and services group Mota-Engil has said that if the government approves the repeal of the law granting it a 27-year concession to operate the Liscont container terminal at Alcantara Dock, it will be forced to defend itself and seek compensation. A law was approved in 2008 which extended the concession until 2042.
