Politicians battle to keep Liscont
Two political parties in Portugal are collaborating in an attempt to avoid Liscont container terminal from having its concession contract revoked.
Other opposition parties oppose such an agreement. The worry is that if the contract is terminated, the state would have to pay substantial compensation to the terminal’s owner.
