Russian box throughput rise

Taken separately, FCT’s six-month throughput came to 554,072 teu (a rise of 31.7% compared to the first half of 2009). June saw FCT handling 99,280 teu (32.7% more than the same month last year).

The throughput of NUTEP (Novorossiysk) in the first half was 65,529 teu (38.2% up on 2009). In June 2010 NUTEP handled 7,529 teu (a rise of 10.3% year on year).
