Tyres for larger machines
A range of port tyres adapted especially for the trend toward larger capacity machines has been developed by Duratread.
Specifically made for a wide range of reachstackers, RTGs and container handlers, the new tyres feature distinct tread compounds, created and adapted for the rigours of port use.
In addition to the new range, Duratread is also offering committed port operators access to its specialised tyre management system, which offers control over pressure, tread depth and tyre change routines, improving life-cycle and retread acceptance rates.
