Gottwald goes large in Chile

Demag subsidiary Gottwald Port Technology is celebrating an order for the largest mobile harbour crane for container handling in the Americas. The Generation 5 G HMK 8410 MHC will be supplied to Puerto Angamos, Mejillones, Chile, allowing the operator to service super post-panamax vessels in future. Commercial operation is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2011.
