Second Ust-Luga coal terminal mooted
A group of investors is looking into the possibility of building a second coal terminal at the Russian Baltic port of Ust-Luga.
This will have a 10m tonnes capacity and possibly be built by SUEK, Russia’s largest producer of steam coal.
