Naples begins to tackles concessionaire debt
Terminal operators in the Italian port of Naples have accumulated debt owed to the port authority of more than €20m.
This figure is virtually double the revenue that was generated by concessions in 2011.
Following intervention by the audit commission, concessionaires will be forced to repay this money in instalments.
