TransContainer to issue bonds
TransContainer, which undertakes port and rail container transport services in Russia, is contemplating a bond issuance worth approximately $157.18m.
Alfa Bank, VTB Capital and Raiffeisenbank are tipped to become the lead managers in the offering.
The board of directors may also opt for one worth just $94.31m, in place of the much larger bond issue.
