Libra Terminals orders truck gate systems
Brazilian operator Libra Terminals has placed an order for 20 OCR truck gate systems with Israel’s HTS.
The optical character recognition technology will be installed at all the truck gates in the ports of Santos and Rio de Janeiro.
The decision was driven by, among other factors, the mandated Brazilian requirement to implement automated scanning of containers in Brazilian ports by December 2012.
