Rocha attracts interest from 40 companies
Some forty companies from Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, China, Spain, USA, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Uruguay and Venezuela have indicated an interest in participating in the construction of a deepwater port at Rocha, in Uruguay.
The government says this is “a clear indication” of the “openness” surrounding the project.
