Tideworks contract
Crowley Maritime Corp has chosen Tideworks to supply its terminal operating system throughout Crowley’s container terminal network. The first port of the operator’s six-strong network to benefit will be Port Everglades in early 2016.
The contract includes project management, software configuration and installation, integration services, user training, and go-live assistance. After go-live, Tideworks will continue to provide maintenance and support services.
The project includes implementation of Tideworks’ Mainsail Vanguard TOS, Spinnaker Planning Management System, Traffic Control, GateVision gate operating system, and Forecast web portal. Tideworks will also provide its managed EDI service.
