Filtersafe expands ballast water filter range

Israel-based Filtersafe is expanding its range of automatic ballast water filtration systems to meet future demands, as the industry prepares for the IMO Ballast Water Management (BWM) Convention.

The new Compact models of single screen, BS Series Automatic filters are designed to handle flow rates of between 50 to 1,300 cubic meters an hour (m3/hr)
