GREEN EFFORTS considers opportunities and requirements to measure, monitor and control port and terminal emissions. This is compatible to other transport areas in order to eventually achieve an emission control system coherently and comprehensively covering the whole transport chain in a standardised way, says Prof. Jens Froese, Coordinator of the GREEN EFFORTS project.
