The Provisional programme has been released after a splendid response to our call for papers. The programme consists of concurrent sessions on both Day One and Day Two and a choice of Port Tours on the Friday morning.

The Congress Chairman R E Lewis, Deputy Secretary, Policy, Planning and Enterprise Services, Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be opening the conference on the 16th May, followed by a Welcome Address from Peter K Rahn, Maryland Secretary of Transportation. Speakers have been confirmed from Japan, Australia, Africa, Europe and the USA, with topics ranging from Adapting to Climate Change and Measuring Air Emissions to the Regeneration of Brownfield Sites and Sister Ports working together. Hear presentations from representatives covering a broad spectrum of companies and organisations, which include Maersk Line, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, Anchor QEA, Deltares, Volvo, the Ports of Kobe, Seattle, and many more.
