TradeLens is an open and neutral supply chain platform underpinned by blockchain technology. Collaboration and data sharing play a key part and will drive a more efficient end to end process, with ease of access to documentation and full visibility on the entire supply chain. TradeLens recently announced their collaboration with DP World and Unifeeder, which will help to accelerate the digitisation of global supply chains. To this end, DP World aims to connect all its 82 marine and inland container terminals, as well as feeder companies and logistics divisions with TradeLens.
Norbert Kouwenhoven is the Customs and Authorities Lead for IBM´s Core TradeLens Team. He is also a Solutions Leader for IBM EU focussed on Customs, Immigration and Border Management. In his current role Norbert is focused on the implementation of the TradeLens platform.
