Meg Patulski

Meg Patulski is the Director of the State Measures and Transportation Planning Center at EPA’s Office of Transportation and Air Quality. She has worked for over 20 years on programs that integrate air quality and transportation planning, including EPA’s Ports Initiative, state mobile source programs, MOVES development, and technical and policy guidance for emissions inventories and reduction strategies. She earned dual Master’s Degrees in Public Administration and Science in Environmental Science at Indiana University.
