The 2-day conference event will focus on the ports and shipping sectors ‘Reducing Emissions Together’, and the collaboration needed across both sectors to address climate change issues plus the mutual benefits of reducing emissions across all operations.

The conference is being partnered and supported by International Ports and Harbors (IAPH) representing 177 ports and 147 port-related businesses in 84 countries, BIMCO representing around 2,000 members in more than 130 countries and Blue Visby representing 30 leading maritime companies. Between them, BIMCO and IAPH represent well over 60% of the world seaborne trade and fleets with some excellent initiatives already in place. Our speakers and attendees will be a cross section of international ports and port authorities; shipping classification societies; shipping lines and charterers; port & legal consultants; decarbonisation clusters; terminal and logistics operators; port engineering consultants and fuel providers.
The Conference will deliver informative presentations from leading expert speakers plus panel discussions and workshops to drive forward a collective plan to meet the 2030 and 2050 deadlines.
