Cell-level detection for Oakland

ContainerTrac’s PDS claims a cell-level accuracy which enables automated position identification. Among other things, this means easier retrieval of containers densely stacked in seaport and rail facilities.

Larry Henry, chief executive of ContainerTrac, believes that there is a significant science and engineering gap between the accuracy of identification systems at the gate and the accuracy of those same systems as positioning solutions in the yard.
