Cranes go east
The very first two Liebherr rail-mounted stacking container cranes are on order for Russia.
The units will be put into operation at the Ust-Luga Container Terminal and are scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2009.
At the same time, Liebherr has delivered one of two post-Panamax cranes order to HPC Ukraina in Odessa, a subsidiary of HPC Hamburg Port Consulting. This new crane will work alongside the existing cranes.
