Linde invests in modular capability

At the same time, in order to be able to offer specific product solutions, heavy trucks and container trucks will now be built on a modular design basis.This means individual components (such as the chassis and the cabin) will be developed and produced independently, giving choice, flexibility of layout and shorter adaptation and production times.

Free production capacity will be used to supplement the product range.

Linde Material Handling will invest around E21m ($33.4m) in new product development and production facilities over the next three years.
