McMurdo has received MED (Marine Equipment Directive) approval on its M-2 Automatic Identification System (AIS).
Tideworks’ integrated terminal management software suite promises to increase productivity, enhance cargo visibility, improve inventory control and asset management, and provide a heightened level of service to BCT customers.
The McMurdo M-2 provides an AIS solution for all types of vessel that are required by legislation, code or national ruling to install AIS. McMurdo says small harbour support craft, tugs and workboats can benefit from the same level of safety navigation afforded by commercial shipping worldwide.
