Tideworks Technology has deployed its terminal operations management systems at Intershipping Terminal Services(ITS) in Puerto Cabello. Tideworks regional office in Colon managed the project implementation from requirements identification to software installation and training, and provides ongoing support.
Orders have already been placed by ports in Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Finland and Germany.
“Our new systems are enabling us to increase operating efficiencies and productivity even as our container volume grows, while simultaneously providing enhanced security for our customers’ cargo, ” said Esteban Szalay, md of the Intershipping Group.
ITS is using Tideworks’ Mainsail, Spinnaker and Forecast poducts.
