Wilhelm Wilhelmsen (WW) has acquired 90.4% of the outstanding shares in Unitor. The acquisition represents a strategic investment for WW and its subsidiary Wilhelmsen Maritime Services (WMS). Unitor complements the products and services delivered by WMS and synergies are expected to be around US$15-20m a year. Last year the Unitor network supplied over 15,000 vessels in 1702 ports around the world.
