Cargotec CVS Ferrari purchase hits a wall
German competition authorities are demanding “ disproportionate remedy actions” to a deal sealed late last year to bring CVS Ferrari into the Cargotec fold, according to Cargotec.
This has effectively halted the purchase, with Cargotec confirming that both companies remain competitors “pursuing their own business”, with the Ferrari Family still at the helm of CVS Ferrari.
