DP World has been cleared by European Union competition authorities to form a joint venture to handle break bulk at the Port of Antwerp with partners Conti 7 and Rickmers. The three companies will invest ¢ 50m ($65.8m) over the next four years in a new terminal capable of handling 2m tonnes annually.
