Dragados-SPL up for sale?
Spains biggest ports group, Dragados-SPL, has been valued by its parent company at upwards of ¢ 1.5bn ($1.9bn).
However, the major headache for owner ACS, is to find the purchaser willing to acquire the entire business, which encompasses equity stakes in 92 companies.
ACS is reportedly looking to sell the business to offset some of its current debt portfolio amounting to ¢18.4bn ($23.3bn).
