Go ahead given for Dragados-SPL sale
Spains competition authority has given the green light to JP Morgan to acquire Dragados-SPL from existing owner ACS. The acquisition is being made at a cost of €720m ($977m). The assets will be controlled by a new company, Turia Port Investments.
