Le Havre issues final terminal tender

La Havre Port Authority has issued a call for proposals for companies wishing to manage a dry bulk facility known as the Multi-Bulk Terminal. The terminal has two berths, one of which can accommodate 170,000 dwt capesizes. Once this contract is awarded, the port will have completed the transfer of all operations to private sector companies.
