Mitsui partners bulk liquid project

Scheduled to open in 2009, the 110,000 cu m terminal in Antwerp will be for the storage and handling of various liquid chemicals, gases and petroleum products.Mitsui and ITC jointly take a 50% share, while Rubis has retained 50% of the shares of the so-called ITC Rubis Terminal Antwerp S.A.

The agreement is subject to regulatory approval.

Located on the left bank of the Schelde river, the partners intends to grow the facility to a total capacity of 400,000 cu m in the medium term.
