Northern neighbours foster relationship
Germanys Eurogate and Russias National Container Company (NCC) haveforged a North-European alliance to improve prospects for their respectivecontainer terminals in Ust-Luga and Wilhelmshaven.
As part of the agreement, Eurogate takes a 20% shareholding in Baltic Container Terminal, while NCC has an option to buy 18.2% of shares in Eurogate Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven which has to be exercised before June 30.
