Varna to build box terminal
TheBulgarian port of Varna is to build a new container terminal through ajoint venture including municipal authorities in Varna. Private sectorinvolvement in the ¢ 90m ($130.6m) will be restricted to 30%. Work isscheduled to start at the end of this year.
The Prime Minister has stressed this process will be implemented in a totally transparent way and that special attention will be given to retaining existing port workers.
