CARGOES Runner is an enterprise resource planning solution built entirely by DP World which manages workflows from end-to-end with tools to improve productivity and profitability.

“Freight forwarding can be hugely complex, and a key challenge is coordinating numerous service providers through sluggish and outdated legacy platforms that are often inoperable with each other,” commented Pradeep Desai, chief technology officer – Group Technology, DP World.

Key features include a streamlined quotations facility, a quote-to-ship process using Inttra’s ocean booking platform, automatically generated invoices and comprehensive analytics.

Runner joins existing tools in the CARGOES suite, meaning freight forwarders can now optimise operations from quotations to shipments, jobs and invoices. The company has also opened two new tech offices in India to deliver new digital solutions for the supply chain.
